Release of Liability

I, as the representative of the entire party, hereby acknowledge that we are voluntarily participating in camping, hiking, and guided tours at El Oma Lufo Resort. We understand that there are inherent risks associated with these activities, and we acknowledge that we are assuming those risks.

We acknowledge that we are fully responsible for our own safety, as well as the safety of any minors accompanying us. We understand that the terrain at El Oma Lufo Resort can be rough and unpredictable and that there are live animals present. We agree to abide by all safety guidelines provided by El Oma Lufo Resort staff and to use caution and common sense at all times.

I understand that El Oma Lufo Resort has a swimming pool and fish ponds, and I acknowledge that swimming carries inherent risks, including the risk of drowning. I agree to abide by all safety guidelines provided by El Oma Lufo Resort staff regarding the use of the swimming pool, including but not limited to, restrictions on diving, running, and horseplay.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in these activities, we, on behalf of ourselves and our heirs, executors, and administrators, hereby release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless El Oma Lufo Resort and its owners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, suits, or causes of action of any kind arising out of or connected with our participation in camping, hiking, and guided tours at El Oma Lufo Resort, including, without limitation, any injury or damage resulting from our own negligence or the negligence of others.

We acknowledge that we have read and fully understand the terms of this Guest Liability Waiver Form, and we sign it voluntarily on behalf of the entire party.
